Ultimately these aren't tight enough in the valve cover to create a good seal. Mine leak oil. Used on a 1973 nova with a 355 small block. Used these to plumb hoses from valve covers to catch cans.

Description is incomplete. These do not work on gen 1 sbc covers. They are too large in o.d.But we'll made for the money

The notch in the grommet is thin, for steel valve covers ONLY. Otherwise nice pieces, for steel, NOT, aluminum valve covers.
