I love this bucket. I have a ice machine and was tired of storing it in bags. This ice bucket (the 3.2l size) is huge but still fit in my fridge's freezer. It holds a lot of ice, enough to get me through a couple days. It makes keeping ice cold water on hand, super easy. The metal is sturdy, and that's no lie. I have to chip away at my ice sometimes (unrelated to the product) and the bucket has held up to me chipping away with no issues. It's taken a beating, believe me. The handle has a little pad on it that keeps your hand from freezing while you carry it, a nice touch. The tongs are nice, but are only useful if your ice didn't fuse together like mine usually does.

The handle of this bucket is slightly warped and lopsided, for some reason, but other than that, this seems to be a decent ice bucket. The stainless steel walls are thick and feel durable. This is good for insulation.I like that there’s a removable stainless steel insert with holes on the bottom that you rest inside the bucket to allow for drainage as your ice melts. The ice sits on top of the insert, keeping it separate from the water below.The handles of the bucket have a bit of rubber on them for a more comfortable carrying grip, and there is also a rubberized seal around the lid to ensure that the lid stays on securely.As you can see in one of my photos, the underside of the bucket is smooth. It would have been nice if it had come with little “feet” to keep it elevated off of your surface, but it’s not a big deal…This ice bucket includes a pair of stainless steel tongs, which is nice. I wish there was a way to keep the tongs closed when not in use, but what’s pretty clever about them is that there’s a hole in the side of the tongs that you can use to hang them from the side of the bucket. That’s useful.All-in-all, this is a pretty nice ice bucket for when you have a gathering, either indoors or out in your backyard. It looks nice, and it’s functional.

Eiswürfel werden gut kalt gehalten, auch dank des Silikonrings am Deckel. Die Auffangschale verhindert wässrige Eiswürfel.

This is a really nice ice bucket. It does a great job of keeping ice cold, and the thickness of the insulated wall also means that you can pick it up and carry it around without freezing your own fingers on the outside.The stainless steel is not especially elegant, but not unattractive either, and it is very easy to clean and polish. The lid is snug fitting and the knob is a good size. The tongs work well, slide along the side of the bucket when in use, and there is a useful perforated tray for the bottom to help hold some water below the ice. An advantage of all metal design is that it wont shatter or crack if it gets knocked over (not a concern for everyone, but we have some intense wind gusts that will collect all manner of heavy objects.)The handle is thick and works well as a carry handle for setup or putting away, although it is not useful if already holding a bottle of wine (compared to handles built-in at the sides.) But for storage this takes up less space.Overall this is a nice ice bucket. If not using for wine, it will comfortably hold 4 cans or smaller glass bottles of drinks. Convenient in the summer time.
