Installation was quick. No problems. As far as life of product is concerned, will have to update when/if replacement is needed.These elements were original and maybe five years old. The home has very hard water but also a filtration system. The water heater was descaled previous to the elements being removed.

Ordered these WIRELEL 3PCS HE 90240 Water Heater Elements for my Richmond 27kWh on demand water heater. Noticed water temperature started fluctuating and the first element was going bad. These elements are almost identical to the originals and installed with no issues. I flushed the heater with a mixture of white vinegar and water before replacing two elements and ran water for few minutes after replacing before restoring power to heater. Originals lasted about 5 years with well water and will be happy if I get same life out of these. Will update if I have issues.Good value and comes with everything necessary to complete replacement. Keeper!

The item description states 3, I only received 2. Very disappointing. Had to make a run to the next town over to obtain the third one that I needed to complete the job.

They work but since I installed them it seems like my hot water gets cold every so often
