Seems to me when I take of the filter to clean it , it wants to cross tread to put it back on ,it’s hard to line it up too

My family cottage runs on well water and we added this to remove more of the sediment before it gets to the filter. Hopefully this will extend the life of our primary filter (we replace them fairly often).Installation was easy enough, you just need Teflon tape, but several adapters are included so I didn't need any other parts.You need to drain the filter occasionally but it's a simple process - there's a drain on the bottom of this pre-filter, and instructions included.
