O rings tore coming out. Tolerances are just too tight. Still works to a degree though

The unit did not fit into the bearing. It was way to tight and I needed to remove the O-rings before it would fit. I also had to replace the grease zerk with a new one as no grease would come through the original one.Once I did these things, it now works. Although, it should work right out of the box. The friction fit between the greaser and the bearing seems to work fine and it doesn't leak grease. There is only one grease hole in the greaser so you need to rotate the greaser as you're greasing. I'd recommend looking for one with 2-4 holes in the greaser so you don't need to keep rotating it.

Looks fairly good I think it would work great the only problem is I messed up this is the 44 mm I think there’s a 33 mm. I have a Polaris sportsman 2004 model the hubs are smaller so I will keep this one and get another smaller one. I think it will work good.
