I wanted to be able to mount our 3 small Fire extinguishers around the house. The first thing I noticed is that they came with screws but no anchors. So unless you are putting it on Studs, you are going to need more parts. I mounted one and the part that goes on the neck didn't fit. Also the clasp that is supposed to hold it in place seemed sketchy.

These are well shaped, but not terribly versatile. They fit my 2.5 lb Costco extinguishers fine, but my similar 2.8lb and 3lb extinguishers don't fit without modification. I don't know that i'd be comfortable using them in a vehicle given they really only constrain the cylinders in 2 dimensions and not all 3. For the home shop, with a few tweaks, they work fine, but aren't my favorite.
