These shears are quite strong and are able to cut through thick fabric without the blades binding or separating. The blades are 3mm thick, sharp and one side is serrated which is helpful for preventing the blades from slipping while cutting.I like that these are compact and easy to carry in my pocket as they can be folded by pressing the button on each side. The handles glow brightly in the dark although they aren't the most comfortable to hold as the plastic is fairly thin, however they feel solid with a full tang and don't flex during use. These shears didn't include a sheath although there's a belt clip which is handy for storing them on my belt.Overall these are durable shears and feel to be well made. I used the ring cutter to cut through 14 gauge galvanized steel wire and it didn't require an excessive amount of force. I also used the shears to cut through multiple types of fabric such as an old winter coat, denim jeans and leather. The blades stay sharp without becoming noticeably dull and they cut smoothly.

Very cool that these came in gold and glow in the dark. Much safer to keep in the car for an emergency over a pocket knife. They are a bit stiff but seem like they will wear in nicely. So far tested cutting cardboard, folded cloth and paracord and had no issues. They do differ from the original model as the edges are more square/sharper and there are no liner locks. The main locking mechanism felt lose when closing, but was secure when fully open. Mine did not come with a sheath as pictured.

I bought these scissors several months ago knowing they are meant more for ER or EMS. I am a Medical Palliative care nurse with weaker grip strength. These scissors have been amazing. I have used every feature though not always for the purpose suggested. I am super happy with these despite the higher cost. I also like that they glow even though mine never do as they are kept in my pouch. Anyone in health care could use these.

These are practically the real deal just with a few minor differences - the seat belt cutter doesn’t lock in place for example. But if you want Raptors but not at Leatherman prices then these are ideal for you.
