WE RECOMMEND A COMFORTABLY TIGHT FIT on Waists/Hips and the TIGHT FIT on Bottle Holder.
Your optimal activities will depend on how you prefer to wear the hydration belt:
A slightly TIGHTER fit around waist (smallest point around core area) is recommended for running/aerobics to minimize bouncing.
For walking, travelling, or carrying multiple items, a slightly more relaxed or true fit on top of hips or low on hips is recommended.
[WARM TIP]The bottle carrier has some flexibility to allow for differing bottle diameters and has a holding loop for extra security if required. Fits bottle diameter up to 3.2 inch (80 mm).
The water bottle is not included.

Well built - good value for the small cost. Oddly I could not find a version of this in our Canadian city sports stores.Adjustable strap will anybody’s waist line. Water bottle holder fits 1/5 L bottle nicely. Reg iPhone size is a bit snug but it does fit. A larger ‘Max’ version may not fit as easily - however material is quite stretchy & strong.

it is a very practical product. i loved the tilted bottle holder pocket and has other big pocket for phone and keys. and alsoa small pocket for coins or airpods. you can tighten the small pocket as much as you want so when you run , the things dont bounce in the pocket and slow you down. the only thing is that it gave me rash in the back where the belt was. may be because of no air circulation and with sweat and humidity i got the skin rash only the belt part

I liked it enough that when my running bag, including my running belt, was stolen last fall I bought another one exactly the same. Holds a 750 mL cycling-style water bottle well. Holds my Pixel 6 phone, some gels, and so on. Has minimal bounce. On longer runs I switch to a running belt, but this one is good for me for up to 10 - 15 km or so.

Happy with this so far! Reasonable price. Good for running, I didn’t want to carry water on my back, this does the trick. I wear with bottle more centred on body than on the full side so my arm doesn’t keep brushing it. Adjusts as tight or loose as you want, water doesn’t bounce up and down when running if tight enough. Pockets are good, fits my key and IPhone 11. Reflective parts nice addition. I use almost daily as I use it on dog walks and hikes to carry my dog’s water hands-free, it’s a life saver! Not sure how long the velcro will last but so far, so good!

Was using my side pockets to put my water bottle in. The weight of the water would cause me to have to keep pulling up my pants. This works perfect. And makes hiking more enjoyable

Well devised water bottle caddy. Hold the bottle snugly to your waist with no movement. The only downside is the Velcro closure belt. Difficult to get the end through the opening and the added elastic is more of a nuisance than a fitting aide.

The belt is very comfortable and bottle holder is in a great place. I have never had a running belt before so I was worried that it would bounce up and down while running but the belt is well built, adjustable (to a wide range) and stays put. The small pockets are great too for keys, phone, etc. I would recommend this product for sure.

Update: I requested a new belt from the seller and his response was prompt and incredibly satisfactory. Thanks so much!The fit appears good. Holds a good sized water bottle. While trying it on, was soft material, and not worried about rubbing or chaffing. However, I didn't even get a chance to try this out. The zipper broke when I opened it, and I didn't even get to take it for a run. It didn't even break when I was putting anything in or out of the pocket, just broke when I was unzipping it for the first time. The pocket appears to hold multiple items, which I would have taken advantage of (keys, phone). The one thing it doesn't hold is my phone while IN the case, but it would hold my S21 phone if not in it's case.

I love this. I wear it every time I run. I ordered a 20 oz water bottle that fits perfectly in the water bottle pouch too. I just wish the cell phone pouch was a little larger. I noticed after using this for a few weeks my headphones cut in an out now. I have the iPhone 7 Plus. The phone fits very snugly in the pouch.

Did not work as expected at all. I have a fairly average sized waist, and I couldn't get it tight enough to stay put for more than 45 seconds of a run interval. Very much more trouble than it was worth. With the water bottle in it, it sagged to one side as well. Tried a shoulder carry, still couldn't get it to stay put. Possibly operator error there, but it definitely would not adjust small enough for my waist.
