Only gave it 4 stars because I haven't installed these spark plugs yet. Overall the delivery was successful, the product was as described. It's hard to screw something up when it comes to basic glow plugs and not the control arms that previously came to me without the Ball joint.

These are junk don’t waste your money on these plugs only a 30 day window to return. Rip-off that’s why I shop on EBay instead of rip-off Amazon I yanked these plugs and thru them in the trash bought ngk oem plugs now my challenger scat pack is back to running like it did before I put these junk plugs in
