Sharp, cuts through branches well. Made in Japan quality. Would buy again. Would not lend to a friend. Very nice piece of equipment. Will own for a long time. Cannot find Astron loppers stateside.

伸縮タイプの枝切を買い換えました。以前のものだと何本か枝切りすると刃がぐらついて中心部のネジを絞めなおさなければならなかったのですが、これはそんな必要もなく、何本枝切りしてもがっちりしていて切れ味抜群です。

An exceptional quality tool. The thin blade profile of these loppers allow a clean cut with very little resistance. Very little effort is required by the user to slice through branches. Outstanding balance and feel allows to work longer periods without getting tired. A pleasure to own and a joy to use. A well thought out design that is well put together.I highly recommend these!

Fantastic product from a reliably good Japanese tool manufacturer. These are sharp, lightweight and extremely effective leaving a nice clean cut every time. The blades can be sharpened and a little camellia oil ensures they're protected from rain! Highly recommend to anyone especially professional gardeners. These are no more expensive than the cheaper quality versions bought in diy stores but are far better quality.
