Purchased this Avaya B109 conference phone primarily to connect to my Pixel mobile phone. The conference phone is easy to use , compact and audio is clear and quite loud on max volume. It's also a compact unit measuring approx 13 cm in a triangular type of shape. I also tested this unit as a speaker connected to my PC with good results. I've already used this conference phone to conduct at least 4 one hour calls with one bar used out of five battery bars total. The only thing Avaya could improve is to upgrade the micro-usb power connector to USB-C. Overall happy with my purchase.

Bought this product recently and I have been using it in various modes (USB / Bluetooth; using Skype/MS teams). The overall audio quality and product performance is awesome. The controls and display has been uniquely different and I liked them. However, when it comes to support various conference calling apps, I found that it supports Skype, but it does not support MS teams. For Ex: While using MS Teams, the mute button on the device does not mute my call. I have to use the mute button from the app to do so. Even then, the LED color on the device does not turn red. However all this works seamlessly when using Skype app.
