My 9 y/o loves all of the Bayleaf thermal compression long sleeves and leggings. He chooses to wear them daily during the colder months. The size chart suggested small based on his measurements, but we ended up returning them for a medium. If size chart is accurate, they run small. Great buy once you get the sizing figured out.

The body of these fit perfectly however, the neck hole is extremely tight. I know they are made to fit tight so that it keeps you warm so I don't mind but my boys don't love the fact that their ears almost get torn off every time they try to take them off. I would order them again though because they are really great material. Might go up a size next time though even though the body might be a bit loose.

I wanted warm undershirts for my two sons to play spring baseball. These thermals are very warm, comfortable and come at a fair price. I ordered a small for my 9 year old who is fairly lean for his age.(4’4”, 52 lbs) It fits, but won’t likely fit him next year. I did order an XL for my 12 year old (5’3”, 85lbs). He clearly could have fit into a large but this one will hopefully fit next year. Plus he wears a chest protector, so this gives him some additional room. Sleeves are long which is good for tall children. The only negative is you really have to pull it on over their heads. The neck is small. Once it is on, it is comfortable though.

Get a size up from what your child takes. We got the XS as our son wears 6/6X but he could not even put his head thru the neck part. We ordered Small and it's perfect, They are insulated so great for winter sports.

This shirt can be used as a thermal under shirt for sports (great for hockey or skiing), or a swim rash guard.It is sized for a slim fit.

This under layer is perfect for my boy in outdoor schooling. It's thin but warm. My only complaint (his only complaint) is that the neck hole is pretty small and he has a hard time getting it off!

Completely LOVED this shirt! I got a medium for my soon to be 8yr old & it was very fitted which is EXACTLY what i was looking for. Fit just like the Champion brand i had which i also loved. Bc it was very fitted though there was a little bit of tightness when taking it off through his head bc of the fitted neck area. But overall great buy! Only drawback...its price is higher than the exact champion ones i had previously. But overall great quality & product.

Great fit! My 9yr old son is pretty small for his age and very slim but the Medium fit perfect. It was not tight but he did complain about the narrow neck. We bought this last min for a football game that was happening up northeast Canada because of the fleece lining. We did end up adding extra layers but overall this shirt was great.
