A little difficult to install (very tight fit in 2001 Toyota Sequoia) and works great. Can't believe how much better my truck runs with a new one.

This fits in my 2002 Sequioa. Here's a small bit of advice... if the grommit falls into the valve cover, do not worry. I pulled my valve cover after this happened to me, and I found that the area of the valve cover, under the PCV valve is completely sealed off, allowing only air to pass. I could have saved myself a lot of time and worry if I had known this beforehand.
