Great quality. I obviously didnāt look through all 48 pieces but from what I can see, theyāre all in good shape, no missing jewels.The 6mm is perfect as I use these in a tragus piercing, so the shorter length is ideal.Iād happily buy again

These are terrible. I have had my piercing for 17 years and had never had one fall out. I have lost 2 of these in week.

Never even had the piercing in for a full day before it fell out. I was eating and almost swallowed it. Don't waste your money!!!! I would like to have my money back!

In theory they sound perfect and easy to put in. However, I've went through 3 of them in a day. The plastic shaft stretchs out and will no longer hold the stud part, it just continuously falls out. Not really worth the cost.

Iāve always had trouble finding Medusa jewelry in stores bc the length of the bar is either too long or the gem is way too big. This is the perfect sized jewelry for this piercing! I ordered the 6mm and it sits perfectly with no extra bar showing. So many cute colours! Also amazing price for the amount of jewelry that you get! Sooo satisfied.

I love the ease of just being able to push the gem part into the flexible post piece instead of fighting with screwing it into or onto the post, however, if you remove the gem and reinsert it it seems that the plastic tube to the post stretched from the first insertion and is then too loose to be able to hold the jewel piece for long and it easily pops out. 2 nights in a row I lost the jewel piece and woke with the post loose in my mouth. Make sure you've had your piercings long enough so that if this does happen when you sleep and it does pop out your hole doesn't close up. You do get lots of the diamond and black jewels but if you purchase it for the colored gems and lose one, there are only 2 of each of the colored ones and I have snake bites so having 1 of the colors left is useless to me because I no longer have a pair for the matching set of piercings.

Pretty standard studs for your cartilage or lip / labret piercings. I accidentally ordered the shorter gage but that was my bad. The bioplast is sturdy doesn't feel flimsy, my package arrived EARLIER than it said it would, all stones were in tact, I DO love the big variety of colors you recieve, I just wish maybe instead of a TON of clear and black stoned studs, maybe a couple more different colors (while still having lots of clear and black. As example maybe instead of 10 of each of those, go down to 4 clear 4 black or 5 of each, so to make room for a few other colours) I don't have any real complaints though, great variety.**3-4 months later, I never take my jewelry out ever, and through showering and normal wear I havenāt lost any jewels, and I havenāt bit through the plastic backing of my lip stud at all, which usually does happen by now. I was fine if either ended up happening since you get so many in a pack, but I am grateful / impressed that hasnāt been the case so far! **
