Doesn't come the the pulley crank arm. But yet shows it in all the photos! Totally deceptive!

Ordered the 1st time and received no handle in the package. Created a return/replacement order specifying that the handle was missing after confirming that one should be included. Received replacement that also did not include the handle. SUPER dissapointed.
