Camco's 4500W 240V Universal Flange High Watt Density Water Heater Element will work in most brands of American, AO Smith, Bradford White, Craftmaster, GE, GS Wood, Kenmore, Lochinvar, Maytag, Mor-Flo, Reliance, Richmond, Rudd, Sears, and State. HWD elements are the most common; same as original equipment provided with most water heaters. The replacement element must be the same voltage and wattage as the element being replaced. Never exceed the nameplate rating on the water heater.

Don't know yet about the performance of the element since I have to wait for tomorrow to go buy a gasket. The round gasket dosent fit (see picture), I believe these round gaskets are for the round screw in element. If you look at the camco universal adapter https://www.amazon.ca/Camco-7223-Universal-Adapter-Kit/dp/B000BQMK9C/ref=mp_s_a_1_14?ie=UTF8&qid=1544785652&sr=8-14&pi=AC_SX236_SY340_QL65&keywords=Camco+universal+adapter ,they do supply a square gasket for the square part wich is exactly how this element is, so I don't know why they think that the adapter needs a square gasket and not this "square flange" element.. I did try the gasket and had water gushing out. I am still happy with the price, but how many people are gonna have problems because of wrong gasket. Would of rated 5 stars if not for this gasket.

Good price, comes with instructions, easy to intall. No need to worry about having the right gasket - the round one is right - be sure to clean off the opening where the square on was.
