Cute novelty gift. The light functions fine and will work ok as a night-light. However, currently having issues with the sound. The sound suddenly stopped working within an hour after opening it.

My son is a huge mario lover and likes to play "pretend mario". This was perfect and makes the voice when receiving pretend power ups and the noise when you die in mario. He loves it.

I actually do like it but it did not last long. 1 star off because the same day when it was display it was accidentally dropped and after that time the music is on and off when you press to turn on/off the light. Also it will be great if we can have the option to either adjust the volume or turn off the sound as the music can be a bit too loud which is why another star off.

The kids autism is not completely affecting his life he's capable in fact he has made many friends in the last year I'm very proud of his achievements once he received this toy he was completely occupied by it couldn't stop pushing the button annoyed the heck of his parents did exactly what I wanted to do I wanted to bother his parents a little bit because what kind of a good friend I am LOL but seriously the parents were happy because the kid has something to occupy his time other than his friends and video games the toy to my understanding has not broken and provided him entertainment for days I'm sure he's moved on to something else considering he's a kid with autism but I'm happy that I provided him with some happiness

Got this for my son for Christmas and he loves it. We attached it to the ceiling above his bunk bed and he loves turning it on and off. I was a little worried about the noise going off at night, since I didn't see anything mentioned about a sound off switch, but we figured out that if you press and hold the button it will give a beep and that turns the sound on or off. This thing is also really easy to charge and it looks cool while charging. The light will fade on and off as it charges.This thing seems to be tough so far. My son hit it pretty hard the first couple of times and it fell off the ceiling once because it wasn't attached properly (we used command photo strips). It still works.All in all it's a pretty sturdy and cool night light/toy.

Great sounds and lights. My kids were very excited for it. A couple things to note: usb cord is quite short and the sound is really loud but you can turn the volume on and off by pressing down on the block a little longer. Hopefully it lasts well, it looks like it should :) Also there are good stickers to apply to the ‘screw holes’, I would recommend using a toothpick to help in the application and there are stickers you can use to attach it to door frames or ceiling for the true effect of punching the block.
