I used this file to get my airsoft gun magazines down so that they would fit into the magwell, it did what it needed to but wasnt pleasant to use, and i had to wash it under the sink to get tiny bits of plastic out of the grooves

After using it to sharpen the lawnmower blade, I was worried it would be damaged based on some other reviews. There WAS a lot of metal debris stuck in between the grooves, so I sprayed it clean and now it looks brand new.I'm not sure if the other reviews are genuine, or if they were trying to sharpen something much harder, but this tool worked great for me.Only regret is I bought the 8-inch. Go for the 10 or 12. I would return if I didn't already use it. You'll appreciate the extra length.

Good comfortable handle, easy to use. sharpen my mower blades every now and then. Can be used for garden shears and the like too.

The add says single cut in fine print but shows a double cut bastard file in the pictures , misleading I’m upset I wanted double cut and now I’m stuck with this file and I have to buy a double cut too , thanks alot

Quality product. I was able to renew and restore a very sharp blade on many garden items......splitter, tomahawk, axe, hedge sheath, lawn mower blades. Very impressed.
