Arrived quickly and was the right product for the job. A great deal too. I didn't have a need to contact the company, but if I did, this company looks like they would be great to interact with and would be very helpful

As advertised. Seemed to be good quality and was easy to install. Fitment was perfect for my triple wall 8” pipe. Good money spent.

When installing a stove for my cottage with a metal roof I liked this approach. Luckily I didn't install it and was made aware this would not pass wett inspection and is not to code.

Silicone ripped after installing. It ripped right at the metal flashing band where the silicone meets the screw flange. Left in place and put silicone on tear. No point in removing after putting a 100 screws into my metal roof with silicone underneath.

This is a great product. I ordered two accidentally and had to return one. They both came in the states arrival time.

Our contractor told us this was easier to install than the gasket he has been using. We would have installed ourselves, but so much roofing tar had been applied to the roof in unsuccessful attempts to repair the leak that a section of roof needed to be replaced. (The gasket needs to be installed on a clean surface.) I am delighted to have this in place and hope this is the end of our leak problems.
