We are excited to have purchased this. Best to find a place a place to put the steamer box besides the bathroom, it will take up room. We have it in our basement and then routed everything upstairs to our bathroom.

I'm very disappointed in the lack of concern for this heavy and expensive item No stickers on outer amazon box indicating a fragile item. In addition, the optional drain pan and auto drain were packaged with the steam generator with nearly no packing material to absorb a drop. The box is heavy! There is a lot that can get damaged. I have not connected the generator yet but now need to take the access plates off to see if anything was loosen. Again, why no stickers? Maybe the item will still get dropped but at least the drivers know. For the money, this should have been better managed.
