Used it for the vacuum lines underneath my Plenum and worked perfectly. Buy one get one free if you buy it off of here versus the auto parts store

Had a vacuum leak and this was the cause. Apparently it's a common issue with the 2000 f150 trucks, the original part breaks open causing the vacuum leak. Total PITA to get out and even more to put back on. Tried for an hour or so and couldnt get it on. Used 11 inch needle nose pliers, stuck it in the end, used a heat gun to heat up the part, then opened my pliers to stretch it out a little. Did this on both ends and added a little wd-40 too. Connected the hose to one end. Pushed up from underneath the elbow to connect it under the intake valve.

The product worked for me.Inexpensive solution to a problem that would of cost $$$ at the local auto repair shop.Probably available at some auto parts stores but I need the convenience of door to door service.Thanks Amazon.
