The air conditioner worked flawlessly and I was very happy with the price. It's easy to install, easy to carry, rolls where you need it, and it starts right away. Le titre dit Dortala mais c'est un Costway que j'ai reçu avec les mêmes specs, j'ai écrit au vendeur et j'ai reçu une réponse très rapide et le vendeur m'a confirmé qu'il s'agissait d'une article identique avec un nom différent et a allongé la garantie pour me rassurer. Donc très bon service à la clientèle.Facile à installer et fonctionne très bien, il n'est pas plus bruyant que celui de fenêtre que j'ai. Si jamais un problème survient je ferai une mise à jour mais pour l'instant je suis satisfaite de mon achat.

Well first offer the delivery of this was terrible, the delivery person dropped it right out front of our house upside down even the the package said this end up , which was terrible but not the sellers fault or the product, so the ac unit work great so fare very quiet and blows nice cold air but the remote doesn’t work tried 3 sets of brand new batteries and nothing, which is not a huge deal ac unit works , for the amount we paid and says it comes with a remote it should work so not totally satisfiedThanks

I like that it is a portable unit. Worked really well for the hot summer days. Easy to put together and take apart. Would have liked the hose to be longer but still a great length.
