This is a great gaming chair, it's not super comfy if that is what you are looking for. It's is sturdy and goes together easily. By not being comfy I refer to it not having a spongy seat, its firm and perfect for gaming. We haven't used the massage lumbar cushion and most likely won't bother as it needs a long usb extension to a plugin. I am 5'4 and my husband is 5'10', this chair suits us both. I put it together myself without any trouble, it was well packaged and easy to read instructions. We are very pleased with our purchase.

Hear me out, I spent almost three months trying to purchase a quality gaming chair until I found this one. Before this I purchased two more from Amazon which were horrible some were short some were too stiff but this one is perfect.Easy to assemble great size also high quality materials and build quality is there too, It can be adjusted to any way you would want. Feels like you are sitting on your couch.The one small thing I didn’t like is the lumbar support pack it is not attached to the backrest it kind of just sits there upright but is very supportive of your lower back I only wish it was a Velcro style where it would stay on the backrest but very minor thing everything else is amazing looks so good with my setup 10/10!Also as most of the chairs on the market come with those cheap plastic wheels I opted to purchase rubber rollerblade style wheels which just provides so much more stability and rolling ease. I went with NATRKE office chair replacement wheels this is an awesome upgrade and looks great with the chair!

At first, everything seemed perfect: the chair was comfortable and looked like it was good quality. But after just 3 months of use, the problems started. The backrest sank in, leaving a wooden plank pressing against my back, which is very painful.On top of that, the right side of the chair broke. After inspecting it, I realized that the support between the backrest and the base had come loose. There’s no way to tighten the screw because the design doesn’t allow it. This is simply a major manufacturing defect.To make matters worse, even though the chair has a one-year warranty, you have to contact the manufacturer directly, which is a complete nightmare. There’s no efficient customer service or support.Honestly, this chair is a huge scam. If you care about your money and your back, turn around and find a chair elsewhere. I am extremely disappointed for believing I had found a good product. Never again.

Chair is pretty comfortable, after a couple months arm rest is already indented from resting arms and elbows, chair seat has flattened quite a bit. For the cost dont expect very good but hey... its a chair !

One of the best investments I've made. I enjoy gaming, but i also work from home so I needed a comfortable, sturdy chair that didn't break the bank. I've had a number of different ones over the years that just didn't work out for one reason or another but this one checks all the boxes. Great customer support as well!! Highly recommend.

I have had my chair for 2 years now and have had minimal problems. The chair is very comfortable and is easy to assemble.The only issue is i have to retighten the screwed for the back rest and arms periodically. I weight little over 200lb so that may be why.

The chair was a Christmas present from my mother.I took my time and put the chair together in about 25 minutes. It was super simple. The only challenge I had was I put the footrest on backwards but it was easily corrected.It was well packaged. I’ve done other chairs in the past and this one was the easiest to assemble.The only suggestion I could make is if they had a Velcro strip on the back of the lumbar pillow to keep it from tipping down when you get up.The chair feels sturdy and comfortable so far. It easily reclines and I love how the arm rest moves as you do.

This chair looks great in pics and in the spec sheet looks terrific but this is deceptive this chair is very cheaply built.. this chair has a very hard seat and back , I Bought a extra seat and back cushion to mitigate hardness , also the material does not breath ; so legs and butt get sweaty , back of chair moves . does not stay locked in place when the back of the chair is locked; so can not put any weight on the back or it will just go into a recline position ,lumbar support is a pillow ; foot rest collapsed, I'm 170 lbs so I'm not stressing the chair in any way .Save your money and buy something that actually works.I have had this chair 2 months ,and it is falling apart .My last chair lasted almost 20 years and went with my son to collage. I wish I had given him this 1.I'll be throwing this chair out and buy a new better 1

Assembly instructions were easy to follow. Unfortunately one of the armrest screws would not tighten, I believe it is stripped. I have to try and fix it. Otherwise comfortable chair, love the recline and foot rest, massage pillow is nice as well.
