Easy to install, delivered on time and packaging was great. Just had to do a little extra work in order to replace the part, had to make room for my hands and tools but i had to get the job done. good product.

The tensioner on my ram was original so I figured while I was replacing the water pump and belt I should replace the tensioner at the same time. It was very easy to install but initially made some noise which seemed to go away after it wore in. Since it was initially noisy, I am not certain how long it will last but for now it's just fine. Even if I have to replace the idler on it later this spring is good.

Used the pulleys from my old one as the diameter of the new ones didn't work. But tensioner was built the same so I used the pulleys from the old one and it works perfectly. So a piece of advice to those that complain about the tensioner being unusable. Just change out the wheels if they don't match, it's not that hard guys.
