I was having issues with my car XM radio signal and I did some googling on Amazon zoning YouTube and found that I can use this part to replace the cable that I had in the car from the dealership. It works perfect and it still is working to this day, and I no longer have signal issues.

After mounting my RTT, run into issue with poor XM reception on my Lexus GX460. Used this converter to bypass my roof shark fin antenna. Purchased standard magnetic base XM antenna and with this adapter plugged the connector it in the back of the radio. Simple install. You will need to unclip that square plastic casing, then you'll be able to simply plug in your new antenna to this adapter, then the adapter to the back of your radio. Reception now is great with magnetic antenna sitting on the dash with some double sided tape.

Adapts stock Jeep satellite radio antenna to aftermarket radio port. Cover on female end easily comes off for more clearance.
