Item is just like in the photo and fits well. I measured myself before ordering based on specifications listed. I had a c section and use it for belly support while I workout as I still have sensitivity in the area if not supported while I jump or do high intensity moves. The multiple ways to adjust size really helps!

If I could give 0 stars, I would. Do not buy this belt.The product that I received is not what is shown in the photos, see my photos. The belt that I believed I was purchasing had multiple adjustable features, what I received only attaches in one place.Along with being a completely different product, the sizing is not true. The size large belt is only about 39” (without stretching). If you stretch it, you can make it to 43” but there isn’t a whole lot of give to it (which was expected). I’m currently 39 weeks pregnant with a 47” waist, I cannot get the 2 ends even close to meeting on me right now and I don’t expect it to fit after my c-section.I will be returning.

I ordered different belt but this is my first time i had bad experience i recieved different one which is of poor quality as well
