Not the cheapest, but quality is first rate. The action is smooth, spring return works well. They are not for cutting big stuff or steel wire, etc. But they do a great job at what they are designed for. The only thing I don't like is that the shape of the jaws is such that there is a gap at the base of the closure, so putting something like stranded wire or paracord deep into the jaws means the cut is not completely clean, the innermost part of the item cannot be reached by the jaws.

Perfect for plastic and soft things. Don’t use on metal if you can help it. I use it for plastic parts and model kits mostly. Recommended by Adam Savage.

They are perfect cutters for wiring, pesky 3d print filament and lots of other items. They feel way better then the crap cutters my printer came with. They didn't disappoint and haven't for a while.

No competitor comes close to beating knipex. Im just a DIY guy but I only have all Knipex. Save yourself the headache and just spend a little more. Clean cuts
