1. Remove your existing prop nur and washer.
2. Make sure the propeller is not abnormal.
3. Align the eliminator so that it is pressed against the propeller surface.
4. No tools needed, just tightn the nut.

I had this on my other trolling motor. Very easy to put on, no trouble with it staying on. But honestly, I could not see or hear the difference. As far as vibration and sound.

If you need it for looks I guess it’s fine. Other than that it’s useless, made my prop 2X louder.
