I had purchased a version of this at Home Depot and while it can do the job, it cracked when I screwed it in. You need to just avoid going with the Home Depot version and just order this. It's slightly larger than your standard plate and it won't break. It's more pricey, but if you need one just pay the extra money and get this one out of the gate and save yourself the aggravation of breaking the HD version.
