I wanted something that I could put things into rather than sticking them into the pouch on the back of the chair, that was easily moved out of sight when passengers get into the backseat of my vehicle. This item is perfect for what my needs are. Looks good, the pouch is made well. At the cost I paid it is definitely worth the buy. I love that the strap is easy to either stretch over the headrest or clip and unclip. There are a couple pockets so seems to be very versatile and functional for all sorts of things as a means of storage. No assembly required. It looks a bit small however it reminds me of a cartoon cause there is more space than you would expect.Update: the strap you use to hang this is elastic it looked good at first now the elastic is stretched out and it hangs down way too much. I will need something different unfortunately
