Battery Maintenance:
- Always remove battery pack form your tool when you are assembling parts,making adjustments,cleaning, or when not being used for an extended time.
- If you don't plan on using the Power Tool Battery for a month or more,store it in a clean,dry,cool place away from heat and metal objects. Ni-Cd, Ni-MH and Li-ion batteries will self-discharge during storage; remember to recharge the batteries before use.
- Do not leave the battery dormant for long periods of time. We recommend using the battery at least once every two to three weeks.

This brand of battery functions as well as oem dewalt batteries, time will tell if they hold up as well. Was delivered in a few days, and fitment into a dewalt drill is good.no complaints

Batterys fit and powered drill but would not charge with DW9116 or DW9226 original charger. Item was returned.

The batteries worked fine however, when I went to recharge them, they do not fit the charger, and I have three 18v chargers - so now they are useless to me because I’m unable to charge themNot impressed

One of the battery is only charging to 8V, the other battery still works fine.One other issue is that for both batteries takes some effort to place and take out of the charger(DW9116) and yes I did cycle the batteries as per troubleshooting guide. Then there are tool fitting problems as well. I purchased the batteries just over a month ago with no heavy use.Called and no answer, I email twice with no reply. Could not get any product support or warranty as stated.Update: Seller responded and provided a satisfactory solution. Thank you

I purchased DEWalt tools for the quality and thy have and still work well some are 25 yeras old and the tool works but the batteries failed. the cost to replace the batteries became too costly and the tools were replaced by the twenty volt units, being frugal by nature throwing good tools away was not going to happen, seeing these batteries at a reasonable price was my chance to use these tools again, drills, flashlights, impact screw drivers, skill saw are all back working again. there will be more purchases at this price point. Thank you, saved me a lot of money on replacing my tools.
