This seat pad is exactly what I needed. It’s so plush but supportive at the same time, I love it and my back is feeling so much better. I would only caution people who are on the taller/larger side that this product may be too small for them.

I liked this so much I bought it twice (because my dog ate the first one). They give very good back support if you sit at a computer or desk all day like me. They are also comfortably soft

this cushion is super comfy and breathable, but the strap to fit it to the chair is extremely long and cant be adjusted much smaller from how it arrives.

I've now bought 3 of these back support cushions (one for my dinner table chair, one for my mom's dinner table chair and one for my home office chair:) I love the memory foam and how it sort of molds to the natural contours of my back. A good balance between being soft while also providing great support for my back. From the eye test and a month now of usage, it seems to be of good quality. Bigger people may find it a little small but it works perfectly for me! (I'm 5'6", 150 lbs).

I am in love with this back support! I've tried a lot of different ones that leave me feeling somewhat like Goldilocks. Either they're supportive but hard, digging into my back in spots or they're comfortable and soft but offer little in the way of support. This one gets it just right. I only give it 4 stars because it could be just a smidge wider. I am on the larger side of average so that extra width would be nice but even so, it's still great!

I'm young, but I was getting upper back pains prior to using this cushion, which I realized was from my poor sitting posture. Honestly, the first week more or less using this cushion was a bit iffy. I use this for my desk chair, and I'd have to go back and forth between using it and using my chair without it from the new pains it was giving me. But after using it regularly and "training" my back, I have gotten used to it, my posture has improved, and I no longer have back pains. I would recommend this to anyone wanting to correct their upper back posture, at least in my experience. A warning is that it does take up a bit of space on regularly-sized chairs.
