Bought this to prune some fruit trees. Was planning on screwing it on my extendable pole. Unfortunately there are no threads inside the pruner. I hand some metal conduit so just used that but because I couldn’t screw it to the conduit (no drill bits for metal)it was a bit of a hassle. That said it cut well and the pulley system made it easy to get through all the branches, some up to an inch thick. Comes with screws so can attach to a wood pole and a saw blade. The part that goes over the pole is plastic, rest is metal. Heavily pruned two trees with no indication of breakage or dulling.

I purchased this pruning head to replace the one on our Fiskar pole pruners, I was unable to find a replacement head. This pruner head is priced right and easy to use. We had no problem connecting the head to the pole.
