I use this to supplement the freeze dried foods I get from Etsy. Add a few crushed red pepper flakes and the crabies go nuts.

I've been feeding them the cheap stuff since we got them in 2019. They'd eat it but could usually care less if they are again for a few days. I finally decided to take the plunge and try this stuff when I found it on Amazon and saw the great reviews. They are much more active now and also eat daily or every time I give them new food. The first few times I have it to them, they cleaned out the dish. So obviously it's worth the extra money to spend!
