I recently moved and I can’t hang anything on the walls. Works great for small trinkets and photos. It took me two hours to put it together myself, certainly would have been better with two people. It’s nice and tall. I have it at the entry and its slim profile fits perfectly. Not the sturdiest shelving however not planning to put heavy items on it. Works for me.

A great bookshelf unit in general. Although the shallow depth (length) of the unit makes it wobbly on uneven floors, the the anchoring L-brackets make it sturdy as a rock. Even my 12 lbs cat couldn't make it wiggle even a little when she jumped up onto it from the blue bin.Requires a standard Phillips-head screwdriver (or a drill with a Phillips-head and twist or masonry bit for those plastic expansion anchors, if you're smart).You may also want a rubber mallet (or hammer and wood block) if you struggle with smacking raw MDF edges with your bare hands. Hold onto your extra hardware bits for potential repairs or replacements in the future, especially the expansion anchors. They're usually only suitable for a 1-time use
