It is a good quality (non TTL) basic strobe for the value. It included the reflector and 2 fuses. In good working order as had to return the same strobe from another company that was defective. Manual overall is not helpful thus resort to youtube for instructions.

I like the bright modeling light but the bulb is quite long and I can imagine it will only be a matter of time until I am not careful taking a heavier modifier off and it breaks. Being used to AD200s, I had not heard of dumping built up power when lowering the power on the strobe but becomes second nature fast. Typical good quality casing with a locking Bowens mount that ensures much more confidence than an S-type bracket. The standard reflector has a slot that lines up perfect with the MS300 for an umbrella but does not line up on the S-type or the AD-B2 dual head adapter. Over all, 1/1 - 1/32 is perfect for what I use it for (fill light), and is the best price for what you get in a wonderfully compact studio strobe. I will be purchasing another... highly recommend!

Bowens mount makes it very, very difficult to get items on and off this strobe. I persevered trying to use it but in the end, it feels like I'll never get the softbox off the strobe, it's that tight.

Miss the modeling lamp bulb in the package. The inside box protection was altered to fit the reflector in it. This is the second unit I bought. Love the fact they include a reflector/ hate not having a bulb

For the price these are great supplementary strobes. More light than a speedlight, and better recycle times. You won't get the speed performance or extra features of some more expensive lights, but if like me you don't need those features and don't need to rapid-fire your shots then you'll be perfectly happy with these. I bought a pair of these for my portrait studio to see how they handle, and having tried them I'll be getting more.
