Was easy to assemble. Got this for Christmas 2024 and so far I have little complaint. I did notice it doesnt seem to always want to stay at the height I have it set at and have had to adjust it back twice in 2 months. Otherwise its a comfortable chair.

Works great! Has nice sliding skills, very sturdy (I'm 230 pounds and it doesn't have any give when I use it). I find the color combo to be a bit weird to be honest but for the price, it's a fantastic value.

I wanted a sturdy and comfortable desk chair for sitting at a desk possibly for several hours at a time.I figured, gamers use their chairs for hours at a time, so they must be on to something.And for sure they are. This is a great chair. Easy to put together. Feels heavy and sturdy. No creaking. No additional tools required.I’m 6’ tall and I was concerned that the foot rest would be too short for my leg length but I’m pretty happy with it. Not disappointed.The chair back is very tall so my neck will rest perfectly on the neck pillow. Didn’t realize it comes with a lumbar pillow too! Very nice.It’s a decent width for the seat and the seat back.Well worth the price and looks very sharp. I’d recommend it.

The chair was easy to put together. It’s comfortable.The armrests however do loosen after time and need to be retightened.

I had an old office chair and my boyfriend had a kitchen chair. So I got us each a gaming chair. We are heavier set people, I am 310lbs. My chair is the Downix with the cat plush and ears that I couldn't resist, but honestly I wish I got another one of these. The chair is mostly easy to put together and a nice big size. My Downix feels a little smaller in comparison and the arms press a little tight by my knees. No issue with the Gymax. It's VERY comfy. The little foot rest I was originally very skeptical of for my fat legs actually work pretty well for both chairs. I can tell it strains a little with my Downix but the Gymax is super comfy and sturdy!!! Reel back the chair some and it is wonderful. I even worried about my fatness making the chair fall back but I don't feel that with either chair. Downix comes with a little back massager pillow but it is very cheap to easily find one for the Gymax. Just over all a GREAT chair for a decent price. Rolls well even on rug. I have even flopped a bit on the chairs and neither have exploded. So all in all, good signs

Shipping was fast. Easy to assemble and the material is of good quality. The default headrest position is a bit low for me, so I am putting headrest pillow over top of the chair and it works perfectly. Overall I am pretty happy with my purchase!

The assembly is easy and the chair is very customizeble. I use the headrest as the back support and it works great. The chair also looks very formal in your office. The only gaming accent is on both of the cushions. The materials is also pretty good. The only thing I would wish is that it could be a little bit cheaper. I like it overall.

J'ai recu la chaise ce matin, la livraison a été tres rapide et je remercie le soutien du vendeur pour les messages de courriers électroniques, tres bon service.Par contre la boite était endommagé sur un des cotés, probablement du au transporteur mais tout a l'intériere était intact et sans déchirure ou pieces manquantes.Pro: La chaise s'assemble tres bienElle monte, descend et se dresse en avant et en arriere sans aucun probleme.Elle roule bien sur le plancher et le tapis.Contre : J'ai l'impression d'etre assis sur un tas de brique ou de planche de bois , pas confortable du tout( a ce prix la dur de trouver des chaises confortable )Les appuies bras sont bien visé mais ils sont chabranlante un peu ,dommage que rien ne les soutien en place mieux que ca.Les coussin appuie tete et de dos sont dure ,certain aiment d'autre moins.Dans l'ensemble c'est une tres bonne chaise ,tout semble robuste a premiere vu ,a voir avec le temps,Par contre je rajouterai un coussin sur le siege pour un plus grand confort.EDIT: 1Years later ,i got both arm support cracked. I contacted the company even if i was out of warranty with them. They was not able to provide a remplacement part but they offered to me 100$ for itThey was kindly with me and for that i recommand them for all people.Nothing is perfect in this world but this company is near to their client , just for this i cahnged my mind with 5 stars

Easy to assemble with simple instructions. Solid materials, the back padding is supportive, especially when I lie down. The bottom cushion is firm, I sit for long hours, very comfortable. Very happy with the purchase.

Just got this chair today. Paid full price as it never goes on sale. Could have got cheaper alternatives on sale but I felt this one would be premium quality.First problem is the chair back has a metal rod sticking out from the bottom (defect). As a result, it scratched/punctured the chest seat. Requested seller provide those 2 replacements parts and will see if they do so.Also one of the steps on the instruction booklet diagram instructs a piece to be installed in a certain direction, but really you need to do it the opposite way. The instruction booklet has this error in it that wastes over an hour of my time.
