Everything came in the box, everything charged just fine, but the shock feature does not work on my dogs. The shock is working (I checked with the included light and shocked myself to test), but I think the prongs are just not long enough or something. None of my dogs are super hairy - 2 beagle mixes and a jack russell mix, so I don't know what the problem is.However, all of my dogs seem to be responding to the vibration just fine, so against my better judgement, I'm going to keep the collars. Returning through Amazon is more of a pain than it's worth so, I guess we'll just use them without the shock feature.

For three dogs with one remote, awesome. Can turn to the channel of the dog that does the most barking…. To send her a warning.

Love the ease of of the remote. Collar is light weighted, comfortable for my dog. The remote should have came with cord. I'm having a heck of a time finding a clip that fits the tiny hole.

I was very happy to find a three pack of collars that beep, vibrate and every once in a great while give a little zap, was completely disappointed with only one remote being given for all three callers which has been lost twice now as well as the callers sliding loose immediately and hanging like a necklace needing to be tightened repetitively. Ease of use is pretty simple unless you need to use it while charging and the dogs are wearing it. Makes no sense to me.

When I receive the collar i open it up to find the charger was missing and it was already used. The instructions have what look like food stains on them. Not impressed

We have 3 dogs - a dachshund mix, an Aussiedoodle, and a Staffordshire mix. All like to run our back fence and bark with the neighbors' dogs. We bought these training collars and have used them during the day for the past week. The remote allows you to switch between the 3 dogs with the push of one button. I set it for our loudest barker to be #1, and the dachshund #3. Their barks are easy to distinguish. The first day, I used the button for the bell sound first. It was all that was required for the 2 bigger dogs. They immediately came back in the house. The dachshund was more persistent. She required the step up to the vibration on the collar. That brought her right in. So far, I have not used the shock setting. Interestingly, the Staffie comes in if the bell goes off on any of the collars! I take them off at night since the dogs stay in all night. These were well worth what I paid for them!!

Good buy for the price. The battery seems excellent so far (bought approx. a month ago), compared to the other model -like the Petspy P620- bought previously, more expensive, where the battery lasts only 2 days on average, this one on the other hand stays charged for a very long time. “Negative points'': the collar comes loose and needs tightening once a day. Also, the “shock” position doesn't work at all on the dog, even if his neck is well shaved. I think the Silicon tips have something to do with it. The Petspy P620 tips were made of metal and the shock functioned correctly (this was the only strong point of this collar). Great buy if you don't need to use the ''choc'' component.

We have been using this product for our dogs almost half a year, and we’ve only had to charge it maybe 3 times. This has helped tremendously with training all 3 of our doggies. Customer service was also a positive experience and they were quick to respond and solve the problem. 10/10 recommend to dog owners!

Works great on two black labs. Our dogs were trained on another brand of training collar, the first time I used this system they responded better than ever. The tone is quite a bit louder than the other collar and my dogs both responded immediately to the tone. We have not had to use the shock feature yet. I have tried the shock feature on myself and like the large adjustment range of the stimulation level. So far seems to be a great product for the price. The collars are good quality and the ability to control three collars with a single controller is a great feature, the range seems quite good.

Works great! Waterproof battery last forever shock level is accurate no need to up the level really high. Size and sound are perfect.
