Battery lasted two charges and now won’t charge.Update: The company reached out concerning the battery issue and offered a full refund or a new battery. We love the coat so requested a new battery.The new battery is excellent and performs as advertised. We are very pleased with the coat and the customer service of the company. Remember we didn’t ask but they saw our review and reached out to us.Don’t be hesitant about ordering from this seller. I consider them to be above and beyond with their business. We will definitely order their products in the future!

The jacket has 3 heating levels and the heating elements are distributed throughout the back & front of the jacket. There is also a heating coil in each sleeve. Overall there are 6 heating zones. Unfortunately the controls only let you to turn on the whole jacket, unlike some other heated garments that let the wearer control the temperature of individual zones.The jacket heats up really quickly and get surprisingly nice. Keep in mind that the heating zones on the listing photos are not real, the actual coils are smaller and so the heat is not as even as it could. That said, the jacket really feels nice and warm.I think the ideal temperature range is just around freezing level. It's not really a jacket that will work well in super cold weather, but it's great for mid range temperatures.I'm getting about 2-2.5 hours of heat from the battery. I start it on high, but most of the time I keep the heat on medium.A big plus of this jacket is that it looks rather quite nice. The fabric is decent, not amazing but not bad. Stitching is pretty good. My main complain would be the zippers - they look delicate and I have similar ones on a vest I got last year, and those zippers are already failing. I wish the manufacturer splurged for something more durable. They definitely have to be handled carefully. Other than that, I really like the jacket. Solid 4 stars from me.

Very warm even without being turned on. Wish it had a bottom zipper and hood part was smaller. It’s huge. But great in cold and love the zippers.

Great jacket and warm when it counts. Tested here at out -20 Canadian summers for the last two months to be sure and no problems.The inner pocket on the left side holds the battery out of snow's way, and it uses the medium barrel standard plug (not the annoying mini ones).I used alt battery packs to test and they all worked as well.I mean it's a jacket. Is it warm? yes. Is it good for -20 without heating? yes. below -20 with some battery heat help? yes I did ice fishing with it. Good enough for me!

This is a very nice women's heated jacket.Perfect for the colder months, and especially for winter, this is a well made and stylishly designed heated jacket.The jacket fits and looks great, and includes 6 heating zones. The jacket includes a long lasting 16000mAh rechargeable battery. There are 3 heating temperatures, low, medium and high. The jacket last for a long time on all of the settings (a good 3 or 4 hours on the highest setting), and lasts for the longest amount of time on the lowest setting.The jacket is made of high quality materials with well made zippers and buttons. The jacket is windproof and water resistant as well. 5 stars.

I wore this jacket during winter in Iceland. It kept me warm even when not using the heating element. It looked and fit perfectly. It has good sized pockets which is good to use for my gloves when not in use, hand warmers, handkerchief, and cellphone. The only problem was the hood kept getting pushed down by the wind.

Love my new heated jacket! I wore it on the high setting for 3 hours and still had 47% power left!!! How awesome is that???!!! Coat looks great, too. Easy wipe clean, have slobbering dogs! Highly recommend!!

This is a premium winter jacket even without the heating option. It is well made, designed, attractive, and practical. I ordered the XL for my wife and the jacket fits perfect. She is 5’ 9” tall. The hood is detachable and there is a generous number of pockets for storage.Here are some notable features about this jacket that I like:1- Detachable hood.2- Machine washable in mesh bag.3- Adjustable neck fabric for comfort.4- Adjustable cuffs with elastic wrist.5- 5 Outer pockets, 1 inner pocket, 1 battery pocket.6- Adjustable draw string for waist.7- Jacket has both zipper and snap button enclosure.8- Convenient power button on the inside left top area of jacket.9- 6 Heating zones including neck, back, arms, and each side of the front of the jacket.The fabric is light enough to wear on just cooler winter days but wind proof. It is also water-resistant and feels strong and durable. With the heating option, you can wear this on very cold days. The heating option is easy to operate. Just long press the power button to turn on the heaters. Short pressing again changes to medium, short pressing again to low, and pressing again goes back to high. Long press again to shut off the heaters.You can feel the warmth coming from the heaters. The battery capacity is 16000mAh and should last for 3 or 4 hours at the highest setting. The battery comes with the USB-C charging cable only.The zippers and snaps all seem durable and nothing on the jacket appears cheap or looks like it will not last. The jacket is very well made. As stated above, even without the heat option, this is a great winter jacket or parka with the hood. The hood also has an attractive fur around the edges for look and warmth. A+ product!
