Took forever to arrive. Directions are in Chinese which I can't read. Wish I had known they were coming from China. My research indicated that cucumelons were native to Mexico.

I was so excited to try this, new to me, fruit. I ordered cucamelons and tigger melons at the same time, they came in different shipments but are the same plant. My husband grows a large garden every year and we are always trying new fruits and veggies. I don't know what I got but what ever it was it is not edible, plus both items are the same plant with identical foliage and seed pods. I would never suggest purchasing from this seller. Very unhappy with the results.

The seeds themselves are great. The come in a foil package inside a small ziplock bag. Their arrival took a bit longer than I would have liked but, it happens. My issue comes in the "ease" of growing these...because they are anything but easy. They start out great, shooting out of the soil like a rocket, but that's about where they stop. I tried more water, less water, more sunlight, less sunlight, inside, outside, new soil, etc. The end result has been consistent, no little cucamelons.

I started these seeds indoors. Germination was about 50%, which isn't great, but not too bad. I transplanted them outdoors and watched as the plants grew. I was excited by the signs of the first fruits. However, as the fruit matured, it was clear this was not a mouse melon plant. The fruit look and taste nothing like what the description promised. I don't think they were truly mouse melon seeds. I would not purchase this item again.

I love these. Got them and planted them the same day. Today they are sprouting. About a week or so later. So excited to see the tiny melons. No instructions so I planted them an inch deep. That worked just fine. I planted 5 seeds and see three starts so far. I'm about to plant a couple more just for fun!:)

I planted 9 seeds and 8 germinated, which is a pretty good success rate. I transplanted the seedlings outside and they seem to be doing well so far. Obviously I'll know by the end of the summer if it was worth planting these or not.
