Herm Sprenger chain collar makes proficient impact on the dog's behavior and helps in its correction. It will be much easier to control your canine with this gear.
This collar is composed of a chain with 1/9 inches/3.0 mm wire gauge and two O-rings with the Herm Sprenger brand quality stamp.
This choke collar works great, especially for dogs with long and fine fur. It minimizes risks of damaging your pet’s fur due to long well polished links with the smooth surface. This slip collar averts pulling out, tangling and breaking of the hair.
This training collar is 23 inches/58 cm long. It fits for pets with a 20-21 inches/51-54 cm neck circumference.
How to measure your dog for the chain collar:
- Measure 1) the largest part of your dog's head, and 2) the middle of his/her neck.
- Determine the size of the collar you need using your dog’s head measurements if your dog's head is larger than his/her neck.
- Determine the size of the collar you need using your dog’s neck measurements if his/her neck is larger than the head.
- Now add 2" to to the above measurements (head or neck) for larger dogs and 1" to 1.5" for smaller dogs. This is the size collar you will need.
The collar is made of black stainless steel. It is as strong and sturdy as the stainless steel, but it is much more resistant to rust. The collar will not corrode even in the conditions of seawater or high humidity.
NOTE!
This black stainless steel collar will do for dogs with dark fur and those canines who are not reactive to nickel.
The collar made of black stainless steel is not recommended for dogs with light coat, because they may color fur as the result of natural abrasion processes. If your dog has light fur we advise to order a nickel free curogan collar.

Supercalifragilisticexpialidocious!I have purchased a total of 5 so far, and I absolutely love them! I never take them off. Nice and lightweight. The link is so much easier on the neck and furr. Swimming in salt/fresh water. We camp primitive intentionally and for long periods. German Made!

Very strong and sturdy. Perfect for the PSA trials I have coming up! In the trials the dog has to wear a fur saver or choke chain on the dead ring and this is going to work perfect!!
