Its flat head is designed to eliminate the need for a washer and provide a semi-flush finish to applications. The square underside of the head is self locking to eliminate spinning and the need for a driving tool. They performed poorly. The threads aren’t great. I’d describe it as a dull tool that cut the threads. One out of every 5 I couldn’t thread a nut all the way on because the nut would jam. Maybe my experience was isolated I don’t know. I’m giving only 1 star. Seller shipping was fast.

I like the quality of the product BUT WHEN I ORDER 50 IT IS BECAUSE I NEED 50 AND THEIR ARE 2 MISSING so I have to order more to finis the job that it a bummer and that is why only 3 stars

Used these to refresh my picnic table.Would have been convenient to have washers and nuts included for an additional cost to complete them.Will see next year if they are indeed stainless steel.Quality product for its price point
