These high-quality riser pads are made by Independent and are 1/8" high. Riser pads, or risers, are hard plastic pads that can be inserted between the skateboard trucks and deck to increase the space between your wheels and your board. If you want to try out some bigger wheels, hard riser pads can absolutely make that happen. Just remember that if you want to install riser pads to your board, you'll want to increase your hardware length as well. A good rule of thumb for choosing the right hardware to use with your riser pads is to simply add an inch to the height of the riser pads you're using.

Ordered 1/8 in red, received 1/4 in black. I had already received my 1 inch hardware, and it won’t work with these pads even if I wanted to use them. Wrong color, wrong size, I was very excited to receive these now I’m just irritated.
