I find it too small (10 in.) and it does not want to stay in the right place. The pump works fine and no problems with that, but you do have to keep pumping it up every hour or so.

Great lumbar support. I love how it’s so easy to adjust the air pressure to exactly how you need it . Loved it so much I bought one for my 88 year old father who thought it was perfect when he tried ours.

I used under the seat fabric of my 2016 mx-5. The seats on that car are as supportive as a lawn chair. Worked well considering it was not specifically designed for the car. For eg. There is no place to put the removable pump and tubing could be longer but good overall and price was great.

I've used as a lumbar support, head pillow and between the thigh support in a side-lying posture. The lumbar support works great at home, in the car or on the go. The pump is more hygienic and easier to use than blowing orally. The valve gives fine adjustment over air release.If it doesn't inflate when you receive it, the release valve may have been delivered in the wrong position. Try closing it.

Used this on my car seat for a 3000km trip. I moved it around for my back, buttocks, thighs , legs and hips while inflating and deflating and found it worked great for preventing fatigue in those areas. Because of its small size it was easy to move between those areas and the bulb and hose were conveniently long enough to operate. I’m 200lbs and the cushion could easily lift and support my weight!
