These Ispring filters kits are pretty good. They are well laid out and easy to install. The filters themselves seem to work really well. They last as long as the quality of your water will let them. The water seem to come out much softer and cleaner now. I wish I would have installed these filters sooner.

I'm absolutely thrilled with my iSpring filter installation. Being on a private well, we had our state test our water and it passed with flying colors. However, we had a particulate problem that frequently clogged faucet aerators and caused problems with our ice maker.I researched a variety of systems and read reviews that often cited leakage problems; sometimes several months after the installation. Upon closer evaluation, it was obvious some systems were simply not designed robustly enough. The iSupply system we decided to buy is designed VERY well. Even the plumber I contracted was surprised by what he called "industrial quality."The installation was a breeze and having a clear spin-down filter in the front of the system is perfect. It is very easy to clean and see if sediment or scaling is present. After this photo was taken I ran a 3/8" surgical hose to the nearby laundry sink to make it even easier. As a precaution, I had the plumber install a valve system that would enable me to bypass / totally drain the filter system as a precaution. What made this whole process particularly easy and pleasant is the quality and responsiveness of iSuppy's technical support. I worked closely with John who helped me specify the system and quickly corrected me when I sent him a drawing of how I intended to install. As John advised, it is critical to install the filter system on a well supply after the pressure tank. This complicated my installation somewhat and is the reason I decided to contract a professional plumber, but it is necessary to maximize the life of the well pump.Thank you VERY much for providing a high quality system and even more for your wonderful customer support!

I installed 3/4” plywood to the open stud wall in our houses mechanical room. Bolted the filter unit to the plywood and had a plumber hook it up as shown in the installation diagram. Everything initially worked well and the water taste improved immensely. Later that day I checked the unit and noticed a slow leak from the threads of the coupler joining the stage one filter to the stage two filter. This is a pre assembled part of the unit so I called the “Support 123 filter”, line. Michele took care of my problems and expedited me a new unit. I had to call the plumber again, but oh well, in for a dime, in for a dollar. My water, coffee and tea all taste so much better and the ice cubes are clear not grey.Michele, thank you again for taking care of me when I called.Sincerely,Paul

Installation was a breeze. The only pitfall was my choice of install location. Limited room in a crawlspace. Components are very solid. The use of "push to connect brass plumbing fitting" made the install even better.Online New Product Registration was a bit awkward having to file a "ticket", but Laurence from Customer Support was a big help! I did have a leak (a drip) but again, Customer Support was very willing to help. Thanks Nick! Overall, I am very happy with my WGB21B purchase.

Sorting out water filter issues can be challenging. We found our ISpring water filters to be extremely well built and very easy to install. The big thing, though, is the terrific product support from Ispring! It can take more than just good filters to get good water, it can be a daunting process sorting out which filters are needed and getting everything you need.Sean at ISpring was amazing. He spent a ton of time and effort with us helping us figure out what we needed and getting the right filters selected and installed. We installed a Carbon/Iron Manganese filter set with a sediment spin down filter. They were all very easy to install, didn't leak, are built like tanks and very easy to maintain.Couldn't recommend Ispring and Sean more.

Hire a plumber help me with installation. After a couple of hours, noticed some water on the ground and between the black top and blue filter housing. Hand tighten by me and plumber already, but the water still exists. Do not know if it is defective in material or not. Contact the product support and hopefully there would be some easy fix otherwise I need to have plumber uninstalled everything.

Everything needed to install, no leaks, use the proper sealant on the 1NPT threads and you will be in good shape with no leaks, did not impede flow, cleaned up fine sediment, color of water, and took odor away of well water. would recommend this for well water.update 2 weeks after install still working great, no leaks, and the water sample has cleaned up enormously, egg smell gonzo, would recommend, will be changing filter in a few months to go with the iron filter see if its has any different result's

Installed with no problem. The bracket and the filter housing are of good sturdy quality. Installation is pretty much self explanatory with arrows of flow on the bracket itself.Read some reviews in here if leaking, didn't experience this myself with a water pressure of 62 PSI. The filters are rated for 70 PSI I believe, so the leaking might have to do with the pressure. Or.... the filters have o-rings for gaskets, and with o-rings always have the problem of leaking when over tightening. I screw them on by hand (hand tight) and than give them a little turn with the supplied wrench. Make sure to lube the o-rings with silicone grease after every filter change to prevent drying out

Waited to review until installed for over a month. My system is on well water with a fine clay sediment issue. So far everything is working well. I rebuilt my entire old system. The first filter is the iSprings WSP50 spin down which I can switch out the screen size From 50micron to 1000m & 3 more sizes in between. The spin down cleaning feature works great and is very convenient.Next is my old 22" bag filter (20m). Then the iSpring WGB21B 2filter unit ( Again you have various choices of filters to use depending on your situation) I put guages at each end of all these filters and have only a1 PSI drop after a month of use. I called Don at iSprings with a few questions and received excellent service. He even called back a few days later to check up. All 3 units from iSpring are well made and easy to install if you have some DIY skills. When placing the copper reducer on the plastic filter housing use at least 6-8 wraps of high end plumbers tape. Carefully tighten fiitting to the last thread; this should not leak then. Try to solder as much as possible before screwing into the plastic filter ends. If unavoidable wrap wet cloth aroud joints of copper and plastic before soldering.
