After reading the reviews I went up a size and I shouldn't have as they fit true to size. I returned them - which was very easy- so I can't really review. Also the grey seemed more blue to me.

I recently got the Waterproof Ski Snow Pants, and they are perfect for winter activities. The softshell and insulated fleece keep me warm, even in freezing temperatures. They are truly waterproof and have held up well during skiing and hiking trips. The cargo pockets are handy for storing small items, and the fit is comfortable without being too bulky. These are the best waterproof winter pants I have purchased to date. They are warm and great when used to remove snow from long driveway and around outside of house. Usually my pants get soak and wet towards the bottom of my boots and I have to change them, but these pants did not get very wet. Very satisfied.

3 stars, but sending back.Pants are very warm, and could be good as a general outdoor winter pant for hiking on a packed trail.BUT these are not water proof (worn one time to shovel the snow in my driveway, and the ankles of the pants absorbed a fair amount of moisture). Would not be good for "snow play" like skiing/snowboarding/snowshoeing, etc.Further, not good for deeper snow as there are no built in gaiters.Wtyle, warmth, and comfort are good - but only 3 stars because of the lack of functionality for actually DOING things in the snow.

Bought them for walking the dog in the rain. They have a bit of stretch so are very comfortable to wear, bend, climb over logs, etc. The layer of fleece inside makes them very warm, even in a cold windy rainstorm. And they repel water like a duck's back. Very satisfied.
