Can confirm it floats, but not buoyant enough to be annoying. lol nice that it’s detachable so you can take it off the dry off the floating part.

Works well with Olympus Tough, Nikon Coolpix S-32 and Ricoh WG-6 sized cameras. Larger cameras may slowly sink.

Colour is flashy and nice not to lose your go pro. However, it does not float if I drop my gopro10 in the water. I bought it thinking that it would be a safety for the kind of situation where my gopro goes overboard but would definitely just lose it for good if it were to happen

Perfect for us. Just make sure of the weight of your camera. Ours is a Fuji xp140. Also a great product.

Using an Olympus TG-5 with fish eye lens. this float works great, but i do not use it around the wrist. It is just in case my camera falls overboard. this one does not get stuck on things like the rectangular float straps do. I love it. I recommend it to everyone.

I have not used it in open water yet, but in a 5 gallon pail of fresh water it has no trouble floating my Olympus TG-6 with 2 inches of the strap still visible above the water. 6 hours later there was still 2 inches visible. I'm not thrilled with the design of the plastic strap to keep it tight around your wrist, but will do.
