Most people probably don't know what this tool is use for. I use them a lot in the past. Relays are getting more of the past these days. This tool is kind of a file for cleaning the contact points found in a relay. In the old days relays were found in appliances like refrigerators, freezers and etc. I used to repair Pin Ball machines on the side. They were full of relays and switches. Nowadays it's mainly found in control circuits for water pumps or other industrial equipment. I like this tool for its width and length where a person has more surface area to work with. The price of this tool is really cheap in comparison of other ones on the market, costing upwards of $100 or more. For anyone working with contact relays, I would highly recommend this in your tool box.

This item is small, be careful. It got caught in the packaging and I thought I didn't get it. Works just fine.
