I had a goofy switch on a double gang box. We switched the entire house to Decora switches and outlets. This fit the bill.

Last year I remodeled my design studio space and decided to go with a gray and black color scheme for the room and the desk and counter space I custom built for the room so I went with the Leviton Decora series in gray.While I bought the bulk of the switch and outlet plates I needed at Lowe's, I ended up installing a switch by the door that goes to the back patio that had one light switch and one wireless module that works with the lighting system on the patio, so I needed a double plate with one switch opening and one blank.But when I went to my local Lowe's and Home Depot they didn't have this model in stock, even after I went back a few times and asked them to get some each visit. Both places told me that this wasn't a model that they sold many of, so they didn't know when they would have some unless I special ordered it, which made the price ridiculous.Luckily it was easy to find on Amazon and at half the price of what the box stores wanted for it, and no fee for having to order it, plus I had it in my hands in a day and a half vs a week+.These Decora plates are solidly built and these gray ones look great with two different paint colors (stormy gray and a medium-dark blue). A great buy if you don't want to paint your outlet and switch covers to fit the paint in the room.

I used this to cover an outlet that had two switches for a ceiling fan, which I replaced with a non-fan ceiling light. Couldn't find at the big box stores, both due to configuration and color.

Removed an old switch going to a light outside now that its motiom activated, this worked perfectly for me, cheap and easy to install. I will order another one for my other light once I swap that out

This is great when you remove a switch or outlook from a 2-gang box. It works very well and easy to install, just like a regular 2-gang decora style wallplate. I'd buy it again.

Well, the product is great, unfortunately, they sent me one with the switch opening on the right side instead of the left side. I'll figure out a way to make it work I suppose.Just kidding. Local stores didn't have any, this place did, shipping was fast, item is perfect and looks great.. thanks a bunch. :-)

Great cover when you want to block or isolate one place of the in a two-switch box. Could not find this in any of my local hardware stores.Arrived quickly, installed quickly.

For years, I was using a double gang switch with one open hole, and often accidentally stuck my finger in to a rats nest of live wiring.The constant low grade electrical shocks were affecting me in strange ways. All of the hair on the left side of my body fell out. My baby toe fused with the next one over, and my genitalia took on an angry bright green hue.I began inexplicably refer to my wife only as Freulein Jube Jube, and I wouldn't leave the house without at least 12 glowsticks duct taped to my thighs. At work, I would often stand on the boardroom table mid meeting, drop my trousers and yell "Too much cinnamon in the applesauce!".It was problematic.Now that I have this Leviton 2 gang-1 blank plate the shocks have stopped, and life is getting back to normal. I can still be found balled up in the fetal position in the garage violently screaming the theme song from "The Greatest American Hero" from time to time, but that's really more of a hobby than a problem.Thanks leviton!
