This is a well-crafted titanium spork with a nice finish and no sharp edges. The long handle is necessary and long enough if eating directly out of a dehydrated meal bag. The spork part is a nice shape for eating. The tines are short and rounded so don't expect it to pierce something like a regular fork does, but it works well for softer foods like pasta. The pressed metal is sturdy and doesn't bend. The hole in the handle is large enough for attaching a paracord or perlon lanyard or a small carabiner (not included). The spork is lightweight and comes in at 19.5 grams on my scale. Perfect for backpacking when you only want to bring one lightweight utensil!
